2. Customer Data & Scheduling
When customers book services at your salon branch, we collect basic profile details (phone numbers and names) to process appointments and send confirmation updates. All customer profile contact records are isolated per tenant ID and encrypted at rest.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and optimize the SalonVerse operating system. We do not sell or lease any business or personal consumer profile records to third parties.
4. Data Security & Storage
We employ industry-standard security controls—including database Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, HTTPS transport layer encryption, and token authentication—to protect your business and customer records.
5. Your Data Choices & Export
Business owners have full access to modify, export, or delete branches, employee profiles, and service catalogs directly through the dashboard. If you wish to permanently terminate your SalonVerse tenant account, please contact our support desk.
