1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SalonVerse platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the application or services.
2. Description of Service
SalonVerse provides a multi-tenant cloud operating system designed to manage appointments, GST billing, staff schedules, customer loyalty, and inventory management workflows for salons, spas, barber shops, and beauty academies.
3. Account Registration & Security
To register as a business owner on SalonVerse, you must provide a valid email, business name, contact phone number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all operations performed under your account namespace.
4. Subscription Billing & Fees
Certain services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle, and failure to settle fees may result in temporary account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
SalonVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including booking scheduling conflicts or offline inventory mismatches.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
